Barbara Denton is a Director of Kaiser Permanente’s National Facilities Services, Facilities Planning. Her team is dedicated to design research and innovation in the health care environment, creating the tools for the Kaiser Permanente Facilities Design Criteria, and training programs for Kaiser Permanente teams and the consultant community.

As a mutual partnership between The Wharton School and IDSA-SF, "Design Means Business" aims to bring design to the forefront in business as a way to create more meaningful, innovative companies.
